STOV Windshield for STOV BBQ

The windshield is the must have to upgrade your STOV BBQ. You will achieve higher cooking efficiency with the windshield meaning higher cooking temperatures and longer lasting gas bottles. Something to consider especially when you are out and about for several days camping in the wild. The windshield also reduces fat splatters and it means if you cook for several people and your STOV BBQ is filled to the brim, your food is secured and won’t roll off the bbq. 

We have tested the windshield in the most windy conditions, from cooking in a southerly buster on the NSW coast or in the Blue Mountains when the westerly is blowing and temperatures are in the single digit zone. The windshield is made out of three parts 304 stainless steel and packs flat into the STOV BBQ carry bag. When not in use this means easy storage. The windshield does not reduce the cooking area.
