SHIPPING

Please note that we ship by default with an Authority to Leave, sending to business addresses where possible so we know that someone will take collection. Sometimes we will require signature on delivery at our discretion.

Usually we ship within 1-2 business days of receiving and confirming your order.

We ship mostly Australia Post, but at other timers we may opt to use alternate carriers.

Delivery times can vary greatly especially as Australia's freight system adapts to it's new normal - we cannot control the times unfortunately. Once the goods have left, they are in the hands of the shipper.

Quite often, larger items, which otherwise would be cost prohibitive due to the bulk and weight, are subsidised by us, so we are working with you believe it or not!!

Alas, due to a bad run of luck, we no longer send to Parcel Lockers.

If you are in Perth, you are in luck!! Free local pickup is an option - contact us for more information before completing your checkout.

 

RETURNS

We have a generous returns policy, but the following items cannot be returned to us for any reason.

    Safety Equipment including: 
    • all personal protective equipment
    • harnesses
    • rope
    • all load bearing equipment and accessories
    • helmets
    • slings
    • carabiners
    • belay devices
    • hardware for life support such as ascenders, fall arrestors and descenders.
