The main function of a fireproof mat is to prevent direct contact between flames or sparks and flammable surfaces or to aid in protecting the ground.

Important Notes:
1. Heat may still transfer to the ground if stray embers are not dealt with promptly.
2. The mat will not protect the groundsheet if embers are left to burn on it.

The Fibreglass-Silicone Fireproof Mats are made from fibreglass with a heat-resistant silicone coating, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250°C.
