Steel, enamel, copper
Barebones Enamelware is dishwasher safe. For hand washing, soak the products in warm soapy water to help remove baked on food, but avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Coating your pans in a light layer of oil before cooking can help with cleaning after use. Lemon juice can remove stains from enamelware products, such as tea stains on mugs.
Due to the nature of the enamelware finish, acidic foods & harsh cleaners may permanently discolor the finish.
The enamel plate ring is stainless steel with a heat treatment to make it look old, it is not copper. The finish can discolor over time when scrubbed or scratched.
