Edge Master Professional Corundum Whetstone Kit 1000/3000 Grit

This handy whetstone sharpening kit from Edge Master is the ultimate all-in-one kit for keeping your knives at their optimum sharpness and includes a combination 1000/3000 whetstone, a box sharpening station, a small sharpening angle guide knife, a large sharpening angle guide knife and a diamond flattening stone. The 1000/3000 grit is ideal for repairing damaged edges and resharpening. Start with the medium 1000 grit and then flip over to the fine 3000 grit for fine sharpening and removal of burrs. Always keep the whetstone wet when sharpening and avoid removing the powder build-up as this helps to sharpen the knife. Use the angle guide rails to help you maintain the same angle on your knife every time you sharpen it.
